Ticket returns are only possible in exceptional circumstances. If a performance is cancelled, tickets can be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
You can also send us the tickets along with details of your bank account to have the money transferred to your bank account.
schaubühne-cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged, returned or monetarily reimbursed. There is no obligation to refund unused tickets nor to offer a replacement service.

The cloakroom fee is included in the ticket. You can also keep your possessions in a locker, for which you will need a 2 Euro coin.
