Orders by post and email are possible as soon as the programme has been published on the website. Orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Tickets are also available at recognised Eventim advance ticket booths.
Advance ticket sales for the following month begin on the 10th of every month at the box office during regular box office hours and from 07:00 on the website. Members of the ‘Friends of the Schaubühne’ scheme and schaubühne-card holders can order their tickets from the start of the month.

Ticket returns are only possible in exceptional circumstances. If a performance is cancelled, tickets can be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
You can also send us the tickets along with details of your bank account to have the money transferred to your bank account.
schaubühne-cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged, returned or monetarily reimbursed. There is no obligation to refund unused tickets nor to offer a replacement service.

Twice a month there will be subtitled performances of a particular production. Usually, one will be subtitled in English and the other in French.
We ask wheelchair users to let us know they are coming no later than two days before the performance.
The cloakroom fee is included in the ticket. You can also keep your possessions in a locker, for which you will need a 2 Euro coin.
Lost and found items can be picked up from the porter at the stage door on the weekday following the performance. Tel: 030.890020
