Patrick Wengenroths neue Produktion unternimmt den Versuch, gegenwärtige weibliche Perspektiven auf den komplexen Bereich der Liebe, des Lebens und des vermeintlichen »Kampfes der Geschlechter« im Zeitalter des Neoliberalismus zum Gegenstand der theatralen Auseinandersetzung zu machen. Begriffe wie »Feminismus« und »Emanzipation« scheinen Auslaufmodelle zu sein und sorgen bei Frauen wie Männern eher für Übelkeit, Gänsehaut und Augenrollen. Man(n) ist sich sicher, dass Frau doch heute alles haben kann, wenn sie nur bereit ist, ihren Mann zu stehen. Was aber, wenn Frauen gar keine Lust mehr darauf haben, sich brav in den vorgegebenen patriarchalen Strukturen um ihre angeblich so ergebnisoffenen Karrieren als Erwerbstätige, Mutter oder Ehefrau zu kümmern? Was, wenn eben diese Frauen kein Interesse mehr daran haben, all ihre lebenswichtigen Entscheidungen der Logik des Marktes und des Mannes zu unterwerfen?
