Alina Vimbai Strähler
Member of the Schaubühne ensemble since 2021. Born in Duisburg. Studied acting at the Zurich University of the Arts. Spent time studying at New York University with a grant from the Zurich Theatre Association. First engagements at the Schauspielhaus Zurich and Schauspiel Frankfurt while still a student. During the 2015/16 season, member of the ensemble at the Theater Konstanz and from 2016 to 2018 at the Luzerner Theater, collaborating with Julia Wissert, Nina Mattenklotz and Alexander Giesche. Invitation to the 2018 Schweizer Theatertreffen with Giesche’s production of »White Out«. From 2019 to 2021, engagement at the Grips Theater in Berlin. Various appearances in films and on television including in »Soko Hamburg«.
