Amalia Starikow

Born in Berlin in 1992. Studied History at the Humboldt University in Berlin, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in English and Russian Studies at the University of Potsdam and a Master’s degree in English Literatures, again at the Humboldt University. From 2015 to 2017 internships and assistant director in St. Petersburg, Russia, mainly at the Maly Drama Theatre with Lev Dodin. Since 2019 assistant director at the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz. Here she has worked with Thomas Ostermeier, Jan Bosse and Anne-Cécile Vandalem, among others.
