Annedore Bauer

A guest performer at the Schaubühne since 2006. Born in Saarbrücken, she studied acting at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and has had engagements at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, Theater Freiburg and the Staatsschauspiel Dresden. She has worked with Johann Kresnik, Volker Loesch, Oliver Frljic and Laura Linnenbaum, among others, and was invited to the 2001 Theatertreffen in Berlin with »Das Fest« (directed by Michael Thalheimer). Since 2006, she has been a freelance actor at theatres including the Staatsschauspiel Dresden and Schauspiel Frankfurt. Since 2020, she has also written radio plays, winning the promotional award at the 2021 Berlin Radio Play Festival for »Die Unantastbaren«. Since the 2017/18 season, she has worked as a prompter at the Schaubühne.
