Christoph Gawenda

Member of the Schaubühne ensemble since 2010. Born in Neuss. Studied acting at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media, spending a semester abroad at the St Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy. From 2005 to 2010, engagement at the Staatstheater Stuttgart. Collaborations with Friederike Heller, Volker Loesch, Michael Thalheimer and Árpád Schilling, among others. Several appearances in television and cinema productions including in »All of a Sudden« (2016, directed by Aslı Özge), »Deadlines« (2021, directed by Johannes Boss) and »Ladybitch« (2022, directed by Paula Knüpling and Marina Prados). City of Neuss art promotion prize 2007.
