David Stöhr

Born 1987 in Siegen. Studied Psychology in Vienna, after finishing his diploma he studied directing at the Max Reinhardt Seminar. His production »Lulu« by Frank Wedekind was shown at Theater in der Josefstadt, Landestheater Niederösterreich and won the Grand Prix for the best production at the Theatre Festival iTSelF in Warsaw. His production »Glaube Liebe Hoffnung« by Ödön von Horváth was shown 2016 at the Theatertreffen der Schauspielschulen in Bern. In 2015 he worked as assistant director in Martin Kušejs »Faust« by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe at the Residenztheater. Since 2016/17, he works as assistant director for Thomas Ostermeier at the Schaubühne.
