Doğa Gürer

A guest performer at the Schaubühne since 2022. Born in Heidelberg, he studied acting at the Rostock University of Music and Theatre. Since 2017, he has been acting on behalf of the Berlin Stage for Human Rights in the documentary theatre projects »The Asylum Monologues / NSU Monologues / Mediterranean Monologues« (written and directed by Michael Ruf) with guest performances in cities including Hamburg, Cologne, Dortmund, Nuremberg, Leipzig and Dresden. Until 2020, he was a member of the Theater Bielefeld ensemble. He was then a guest performer at Theater Heilbronn and Theater Bielefeld. Since 2022, he has been a member of the ensemble at the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin. He has worked with Alice Buddeberg, Christian Schlüter, Nurkan Erpulat and Yael Ronen, among others. His appearances in films and on television include roles in »Rheingold« (2022, directed by Fatih Akın), »Elbow« (2023, directed by Aslı Özarslan) and »Noah« (2023, directed by Ali Tamim, 2023).
