Isabel Robson

Born in 1975. Studied set design in London and video post-production in Paris. Since 2001 she has been a freelance scenographer with focus on video design for the stage. Engagements among others at the Theater Basel, Schauspiel Frankfurt, Schauspiel Hannover, Festspielhaus Hellerau, Ballhaus Naunynstraße, Maxim Gorki Theater and at Sophiensæle Berlin. She has created video projections for Vincent Boussard's »Candide« (2011) and »Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny« (2014) at the Berlin State Opera, as well as Gernot Grünewald‘s »Lesbos – Blackbox Europa« (2017) and »Vier Tage im Juli – Blackbox G20« (2018) at the Deutsches Theater Berlin. »Marina«, a film by the theatre collective werkgruppe2 which she filmed and edited was awarded the Golden Dove in the German short film competition 2018 at DOK Festival Leipzig.
