Jérémie Papin

Lighting Designer. Graduation in 2008 from the school of the National Theater of Strasbourg. Since that day he has created around seventy light designs for various productions. Collaboration with director Didier Galas on several productions including »(H)arlequin Tengu« at the Shizuoka Performing Art Center in Japan, »Trickster« and »Par la parole« at the Théâtre National de Bretagne. He has created the lighting design for the productions of the author and director Lazare Herson-Macarel (»Falstaff« at the Festival d'Avignon, »Cyrano«, »Galilée« and »Les Misérables«). He is part of the company Les Hommes Approximatifs for which he created the lighting design of »Macbeth«, »Violetta«, »Le Bal d'Emma«, ​​»Elle brûlé, »Le Chagrin«, »SAIGON« and »FRATERNITÉ, Conte fantastique«, all directed by Caroline Guiela Nguyen. He also created the lighting design of »Littoral« and »Suzy Storck« by Simon Delétang and for the following two shows at the Théâtre du Vieux Colombier / Comédie-Française: »Les Oubliés« by the Birgit Ensemble and »Le Voyage de G. Mastorna«, an adaptation of the film by Federico Fellini, directed by Marie Rémond.
He has collaborated with the company Lieux Dits for »En route Kaddish«,  »Doreen« and »Le Silence et la Peur« by David Geselson. At the Philharmonie du Luxembourg, he worked as a videographer and lighting designer for the musical »Cordes« by Garth Knox.
Recent productions include »Le Montage des Attractions« by Vladimir Pankov, »Roman National« by the Birgit Ensemble, »Les Forteresses« by Gurshad Shaheman, »Janis« by Nora Granovsky, »Marylin, ma grand-mere et moi« by Céline Milliat-Baumgartner and Valérie Hecq-Lescort as well as »Zypher Z« by Kevin Keiss and Louis Arène for the Munstrum Theatre.
