Lena Stolze

Born in East Berlin in 1965. Studied German Philology and art history in Munich first and then acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. In 1982, she became known in the role of Sophie Scholl in her first feature film »The White Rose«, directed by Michael Verhoeven. In the same year she also played Sophie Scholl in Percy Adlon's film »Last Five Days«. She received a Federal Film Award for both films. Since then she has appeared in numerous theatre, television and cinema productions. Lena Stolze lives in Berlin.
