Lisa-Marie Hobusch
Born in 1991 in Anklam, has been artistic production manager with a focus on sustainability at the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz since 2022. Studied theater studies and musicology in Leipzig and Berlin. Since 2010 assistant director at Cammerspiele Leipzig, Centraltheater Leipzig and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. 2014 to 2016 permanent assistant director at the Schaubühne. From 2017 she worked as a touring assistant, mainly internationally, including guest performances and festivals in Sydney, Beijing, New York City, Santiago de Chile, Paris, Tbilisi and London. At the Theaterakademie Vorpommern she was a lecturer for theater studies. From 2017 to 2022, stage management, production and dramaturgy at the Störtebeker Festival on the island of Rügen. Freelance dramaturge, editor and translator in Berlin and London. Works with Thomas Ostermeier, Marius von Mayenburg, Simon McBurney, Rainald Grebe, Katie Mitchell, Sebastian Hartmann and Armin Petras, among others. At the Schaubühne, she heads the sustainability working group "Grüne Schaubühne" (Green Schaubühne) and, as climate coordinator, is project manager for the "Studio für klimaneutrale Praxis" (Studio for Climate-Neutral Practice), which is funded by the German Federal Cultural Foundation under the "FOND ZERO". She is currently completing further training as a transformation manager for culture and media.
