Lisa-Marie Hobusch

Born in 1991 in Anklam, is artistic production manager with a focus on sustainability at the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz since 2022. She studied theater and musicology in Leipzig and Berlin. 2010-2014 assistant director at Cammerspiele Leipzig, Centraltheater Leipzig and Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin. 2014 to 2016 resident assistant director at Schaubühne. Works with Thomas Ostermeier, Marius von Mayenburg, Simon McBurney, Rainald Grebe, Katie Mitchell, Sebastian Hartmann and Armin Petras, among others. After that she worked as a touring assistant for Schaubühne , mainly internationally, including guest performances and festivals in Sydney, Beijing, New York City, Santiago de Chile, Paris, Tbilisi and London. At the Theaterakademie Vorpommern she was a lecturer for theater studies. From 2017 to 2022, stage management, production and dramaturgy at the Störtebeker Festival on the island of Rügen. Freelance dramaturg, editor and translator in Berlin and London. At the Schaubühne, she heads the sustainability working group »Green Schaubühne« and, as sustainability manager, is responsible for the »Studio for Carbon Neutral Practice«, which is funded by the German Federal Cultural Foundation under the »FOND ZERO«. She is a trained transformation manager for sustainability in culture and media.
