Magdalena Lermer
Born in 1995 in Salzburg. Elevin at Burgtheater Wien and from 2016 to 2020 studied acting at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. Since completing her studies, she has worked as a freelance actress in film and television, theatre and dance productions. Since 2018, she has worked closely with the Chilean choreographer Jose Vidal, with whose company she has performed several times at Kampnagel Hamburg and in Santiago de Chile at the Santiago A Mil festival. She has also worked with Daniel Hoevels, Alexander Simon, Dietmar König, Jörg Pohl, Ebru Tartici Borchers and Jürgen Flimm, among others. In 2015, she received the Papageno Award for best young actress, and four years later, she was awarded the ensemble and audience prize for the production ‘Besiegt am Feld des Lebens’ (directed by Jörg Pohl, co-production with the Thalia Theater Hamburg) at the national competition for German-speaking acting students at Deutsches Theater Berlin.
