What does it mean to be famous? What makes people strive for the recognition of anonymous masses, laying themselves bare? What differences are there between the paths to fame in different nations and contexts? In her new dance/theatre/music project »Big in Bombay«, the dancer and choreographer Constanza Macras (born in 1970 in Buenos Aires) and her international ensemble Dorky Park investigate the themes of cultural identity and the cult of stardom.
